What is exclusive dining?
Exclusive dining can be as much or as little as you like!
Each booking will receive a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine, and a shared cheese platter. Alternatively, instead of sparkling wine, guests may choose to bring their own alcohol. In this instance, your first bottle of wine will be served with no corkage fee.
When you book an evening with us, the evening is yours, and yours alone. Your party will be seated in one of our private dining rooms according to your groups size and requirements, and our top class attendants will be there to assist you and your party. You will have the staffs undivided attention, there to offer you any assistance you may need.
Our exclusive dining packages offer a customizable menu. Once you book, our Executive Chef Sean will be in contact with you to discuss your dietary requirements, as well as your likes and dislikes. From there, we can create a menu suited to your whole party. Alternatively, you can review the menu below, which is a selection of previous dishes served in our restaurant. You may select those dishes or use them for inspiration, and we can create a menu from them. Menus are, of course, restricted to seasonal produce and its availability. We work with you, to arrange the perfect menu for you and your guests! If we can get it, you can have it!
After designing a menu, the Maitre D will be in contact to guide you through all the dining equipment we have to offer. We have a selection of plates, cutlery, glassware and crockery crafted by some of the worlds best including Maxwell Williams, Waterford Crystal, Noritake and Oneida, that guests are welcome to choose dependent on their situation.
You may also wish to discuss decorations appropriate for your evening such as flowers, greenery and other table decorations for any event you may be hosting, as well as things like boubonier and party favors. If you have any special requests such as cakes, custom decorations, or would like to bring your own, please let us know! We can accommodate!

How much does it cost?
For our standard package,including Maxwell Williams crockery and glassware, as well as Stanley Rogers cutlery, crisp table linen and a 3 course menu, guests should expect to pay $100.00pp.
Alternatively, For our premium package, which includes Noritake crockery, Waterford Crystal glassware, Oneida silver plated cutlery, crisp table linen and a 5 course meal, Guests should expect to pay approx $500.00pp.
The prices above do vary depending on the number of courses and the ingredients involved in creating the individual dishes. Please contact us for an exact quote. Wine and beer is sold separately. Non alcoholic beverages are also available. All menus include an Amuse Bouche between courses. The above packages are fully customisable, and can be modified to suit occasion, budget and other requirements.
