A 2017 regional gold medalist in restaurant service, and placing third in the Australian national championships, Aiden has been working in hospitality for several years now, and has worked in all aspects of food and beverage service. He also holds an Advanced Diploma of International Hotel and Resort Management, which provided him with the training required to bring you the best our property has to offer.
Our mastermind behind the cafe, and resident cook, Karina has been baking family recipes for over 30 years and wishes to extend these recipes to you!
Stephe has owned the estate for the last 12 years, and has put his heart and soul into the restoration of the property and researching its history. Ensuring all works carried out were to period and completed with accuracy and pride, has made the property what it is today.
